7kbd Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" means the 7kbd website, mobile site and all services provided under it.
• "User" or "Player" means any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" means the user's personal gaming account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional benefit offered by 7kbd.
• "Deposit" means the process of adding funds to an account.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, payment method or device will be considered duplicate accounts. Once duplicate accounts are detected, they will be closed immediately and the balance in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Process

To complete registration, the user must provide their full name, date of birth, mobile number and a secure password. Once registration is complete, a verification process may be required. 7kbd may request additional information for verification at any time.

3.1 Password and Login Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, notify our support team immediately. 7kbd will not be responsible for any transactions made as a result of unauthorized access.

3.2 KYC Verification (Know Your Customer)

7kbd may request the following documents for withdrawal requests or transactions above a certain amount:

• A copy of the National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of verification for a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay).
• Address verification document (if required).

Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. If the user does not provide the required documents in time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits on the 7kbd platform are currently accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please notify the support team.

• The account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
• Please avoid making deposits using a credit card or borrowed funds.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5-30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings obtained from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation and Refund Policy

A deposit that has been successfully processed cannot be cancelled. However, if an excess amount is credited to an account due to a technical error, 7kbd reserves the right to recover that excess amount. Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The 7kbd welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. This bonus is available once and applies to each user. To withdraw the bonus, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 15 times (15x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on designated games — this will be specified in the relevant offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If wagering is not completed within the set period after receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The 7kbd VIP program has 4 tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6.1 Game Operations and Fair Play

All games operated on the 7kbd platform are powered by internationally recognised game software providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and Ezugi, among others. These games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair outcomes. There is no possibility of manipulating the platform or game results.

6.2 Betting Limits and Game Rules

• Misusing bonuses, bonus hunting or attempting to exploit the bonus system.

• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

7.2 Consequences of Misuse

If any of the above prohibited activities are found to have taken place, 7kbd may permanently close the relevant account without notice, forfeit all balances and winnings, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.
